Founder's relevant experience
Founded by Dr. NaKeita Savage, S3 draws on her professional experience leading project management teams and overseeing business and technology initiatives across multiple industries. Her background includes ERP and HR systems, data governance, knowledge management, accounting systems, and retail and construction initiatives.
Her doctoral research examined how U.S. IT project managers build team cohesion. She brings that research into her approach to leadership, implementation, and organizational change.
